  F51852 on Altera Cyclone III FPGA Development Kit
Sample Code
Hello,
the Cyclone III development kit from Altera has an F-51852 type display populated , Altera dont offer a reference design to evaluate this part, we are interested in using an F-51852 type display in a new project, Do you Have sample code for the F-51852 display module running on the Cyclone III development kit from Altera, (NIOS II processor)

Hello Jed,

No, we don't have a sample code for Altera Cyclone III FPGA Development Kit. However, we offer our customers a "3 Steps Guide Book" that is designed to assist user in writing own firmware to Atmega16 microcontroller. It includes all basic info, in C language that you will need to initialize your LCD, decode and evaluate touch location, reprogram TC51320, TC51553 and TC553/852 controllers in order to make them stand alone units, write an individual program for Atmega16, etc.

The Guide Book is available on the supporting CD that comes with the purchase of either TC51320, TC51553 or TC553/852 LCD controllers. It is not available for download from our web site.
