Using PMs for general questions!

Users should not place PMs to Mods, Managers or Admins for general questions. There are four reasons for this;
1) General etiquette.
2) We get a lot of PMs that should not be PMs. We would rather answer in public.
3) If you have a general testing problem, you will get a greater viewing public by posting in a public forum. More help.
4) Others learn from your problems.
If you have a site problem, an issue with a thread or another user, then these posts would require a PM to one of the above.
