TVI Electronics offers monochrome graphic LCD modules in a wide variety of sizes, display formats, color/background, and LCD type combinations. These LCD displays are ideal for industrial and consumer applications where displaying text and graphics is required. TVI Electronics Graphic displays feature high brightness, high contrast, wide operating temperature ranges, low power consumption, serial, parallel or I2C interfaces, resistive touch screens, and more.

 

Mechanical construction types include Chip on Board (COB) and Chip on Glass (COG). Technologies include Super Twisted Nematic (STN), Film Compensated Super Twisted Nematic (FSTN), and double Film Compensated Super Twisted Nematic (FFSTN). Positive and negative modes are available to create alternative appearances. Graphic LCD modules are available in transmissive or transflective types (with LED backlight). The LED backlights are available in various colors including yellow/green, white, amber, and RGB. Operating temperatures range from standard (0 to +50oC) to wide (-20 to +70oC, -30 to +50oC). Interfaces include 4-bit/8-bit parallel, I2C, and serial. The majority of graphic LCD controllers do not include on board character sets, however we can offer a range of products which include T6963C (or equivalent) and ST7920 controllers which provide English and/or Chinese characters. We can offer 3V, 3.3V, 3.8V, and 5V supply voltage options. There is also a variety of connections include FPC and Pin Header, in both SIL (single in line) and DIL (dual in line) formats, to suit customer requirements.
