TVI Electronics offers Monochrome Graphic and Character Organic Light Emitting Displays (OLED) LCD modules in a wide variety of sizes, display formats, and colors combinations. These emissive displays are available in standard colors of yellow and green as well as red, blue, white, and RGB on a black background (negative mode). Operating temperatures range from standard (-30 to +70oC) to wide (-40 to +85oC). These OLED LCD modules are ideal for battery-operated devices such as cell phones, PDAs, and digital cameras, where low power consumption, low profile display height, rich colors, wide viewing angle, and high contrast and brightness are important.
The Character displays are available in 16x2 and 20x2 formats with 5x8 dot matrix characters and have built-in controllers which offer 4 font sets on 1 device. These include English/Japanese, Western European, Scandinavian European, and Cyrillic (Russian).
The graphic devices are available in 64x32, 64x48, 96x16, 96x39, 96x64, 128x32, 128x36, 128x64, 128x128, 256x32, and 256x64 display formats. These modules have drive voltages of 2.8, 3.0, or 3.3 Volts depending on resolution/color. All TVI Electronics OLED graphic modules have on-board controllers and interfaces include parallel, serial, and I2C.
